Tfow has provided Efm/RTU board refurbishment services since 1989. Tflow uses highly specialized test equipment and personnel that are dedicated only to Efm and Rtu board refurbishment service. With over 20 years of providing service to the industry, the best service at a fair price is provided. Tflow customers include all major gas exploration, production, refining, and pipeline companies throughout the United States.
Tflow’s state of the art automated test equipment insures your electronic boards are refurbished to the same electrical characteristics and esthetic appearance of a new factory board. All components on the board are tested, passive and active, ie ic chips, resistors, capacitors, connectors, inductors, diodes etc. Address lines, Data, control, I/O lines are tested and repaired. Defective and out of tolerance components are replaced using a low temp reflow system. This insures no thermal stress or damage to base board or nearby components. All replacement parts and components are exact manufacture parts (no substitutes) in order to maintain safety rating.
Tflow has repaired Abb amu’s Imv’s for more than 15 years. We do not modify electronic board circuitry or pressure cell bellows, cell integrity is maintained. We developed a repair process that has evolved over the past 15 years that enables us to also repair Fisher Roc Mvs and Bristol Rtu’s. Tflow uses laboratory models PK dead weight testers for DP/AP measurement and druck barometers for atmospheric pressure measurement. Proof positive of this process is our many repeat customers.
Tflow imposes no time constraints on board repair ie 1,2,3 etc hours per board. Unless base board is cracked, blistered or burnt significantly, 99% of boards we receive are repaired, this covers microprocessor replacement.
Tflow prices are on a flat rate bases. There are no charges for non-repairable boards. Refurbishment service is warranted for a period of 18 months (1.5 year). Warranty includes all electronics on board, excludes man cased damage or acts of god. Refurbishment turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
